Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on our website are digital license keys delivered electronically via email, typically within minutes of successful payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, returns and refunds are handled under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under these limited circumstances:

1. Invalid License Key

   • If the license key you receive is invalid or non-functional and we are unable to replace it within 24 hours, you may request a full refund.

2. Duplicate Purchase

   • If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, you are eligible for a refund on the duplicate order, provided the key has not been activated.

3. Incorrect Product

   • If you received a different product than the one you ordered and do not wish to use it, we will issue a refund once the product key has been verified as unused.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• If the product key has been activated or used.

• If the issue is due to incompatibility with your system (please verify compatibility before purchase).

• If the refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase.

• If the customer simply changes their mind after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

• Reason for the refund request

• Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
